In 2025, the construction of a central sewage system is planned with support from government programs promoting the development of industrial parks.
Gas supply
Gas is supplied via a medium-pressure pipeline located 250 meters from the park boundary. The available capacity can support consumption up to 800 Nm³/hour.
Water supply
Autonomous boreholes are used to provide consistent access to drinking water, supported by favorable local hydrogeological conditions. Well capacity ranges from 2 to 8 m³/hour.
Transport accessibility
The industrial park is located along the E40 European route, connecting Lviv to Poland through the Shehyni border checkpoint — an ideal location for logistics and international freight.
Electricity
We have obtained technical conditions to connect to the power grid with a capacity of 20,000 kW. We also utilize alternative energy sources such as solar panels and gas generators.
